What is the cost of the deposit for my holiday?

We request a 15 % deposit at the time of booking.

When is the balance payment due?

6 weeks before your arrival at our destination.

How can I pay?

You can pay online by credit card. We accept all major credit cards and some debit cards. Alternatively you can pay by bank transfer to our UK bank account.

Do you make a charge for credit card payments?

No

How do I know that my payment as been received?

You will automatically receive a confirmation voucher by email.

When and how will I receive my invoice? Email or post?

Instantly, by email at the time of payment.

Will you remind me when my balance is due?

Yes, we will send you a reminder email when the balance payment is due.

How will I know if an Exclusive Turkey discount/ offer applies to my booking?

You will be notified at the time of booking about the current offers/discounts.

Can I book multi-centre holidays on the Exclusive Turkey website?

No, you cannot book and pay online for our custom designed multi-center holidays. Feel free to contact us with your enquiry and we can begin to create your ideal tailor-made itinerary combining more than one of our destinations.

Can I book and pay for a Blue Cruise over your website?

At the moment this is not possible. For Blue Cruise Yacht Charter holidays please enquire for details and we can customize an itinerary according to your needs.

Can I book flights with Exclusive Turkey?

No. Due to the competitive online flight market we no longer sell flights. It works out more cost effective for our guests to arrange and book their own flights.

When is the balance payment due?

42 days before your arrival at our destination.

How can I pay?

Do you make a charge for credit card payments?

No

Can you arrange airport transfers on arrival and departure?

Yes, we have efficient and comfortable transfer services to/from Dalaman and any other airport.

Can I make changes to my holiday once it is booked?

Under most circumstances it is possible to change/modify dates, room numbers etc.

We cannot change or amend bookings for Gulet Yacht Blue Cruise holidays – once it is booked it cannot be changed.

I need to cancel my booking. What will the costs be?

You will lose your deposit.

How do I cancel my booking?

Please contact us as soon as you decide to cancel your booking by email or phone.

How will I know if my booking has been cancelled?

We will send you a confirmation email approving the cancellation. If appropriate, we will refund the money to your credit card or bank account.
